Ludlow is a beautiful medieval town perched on top of a cliff above the River Teme, and surrounded by lush countryside full of independent craft businesses and farms.
For centuries Ludlow has been a centre for visitors and today it stands apart from many other towns with its mix of small independent shops, incredible restaurants and vibrant markets.
No trip to Ludlow would be complete without a leisurely walk amongst the back streets, with architecture stretching from the 1600s to modern day, all blended in to a compact but complementary mix of the ages. And to miss a wander around the castle would be a shame.

Ludlow is famed for its excellent gastronomy, and within stumbling distance of eclectica is something for everyone; from traditional pub to fine dining, fresh market produce or pizzeria.
But the beating heart of Ludlow is the thriving independent store range, beginning on Mill Street - by the Castle - and leading out to Corve Street to the east. Boutique shopping, local crafts, small Deli's... you name it, Ludlow has it, and has amazing quality to remember your trip by.
